Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
• Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged, or altered items.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect ordering, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace it with a new one. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
